Assistant Store Manager (all genders)

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the optimal management of your area and, in the absence of the Store Management, for the entire store. You will be responsible for the personal and professional development of your team of up to 20 employees. As part of the Store Management Team, you will significantly contribute to the economic success of our store and its continuous development. You will ensure optimal merchandise management, create an ideal shopping atmosphere from the customer's perspective, and handle 360-degree HR topics including hiring, scheduling, and training. You will embody Zalando's values through transparent, authentic, and employee-oriented leadership. This role is based at our outlet store in Frankfurt am Main (Zeil).
