Requirements
- Degree in business administration, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable experience
- At least five years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant with a focus on Payroll in end-to-end customer projects in public sector and/or private industry
- In-depth expertise in payroll accounting (including taxes and social security)
- Hands-on experience with independent customizing of the SAP HCM PY module
- Knowledge of dependencies with time management (PT), organizational management (OM), personnel administration, finance and controlling (FI/CO), ABAP, and SAP HR cloud applications
- Strong analytical skills, excellent consulting capabilities, and a structured working approach
- Experience with project management standards and agile methodologies
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
