Description

T-Systems is hiring a Senior SAP Transformation Consultant to shape customers' digital transformation, advising on future SAP strategy including S/4HANA changes, business process impacts, and target architectures. The role covers preparing and conducting S/4HANA preliminary studies, guiding initial implementation and migration projects, and pre-sales activities including customer acquisition and innovation workshops on SAP Business AI, BTP, Joule, BDC, and Clean Core.

Requirements

  • University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in SAP ERP consulting (module consultant, architect, or pre-sales expert)
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written), CEF Level C1
  • Experience conducting SAP S/4HANA preliminary studies and/or transformation projects
  • Extensive experience in pre-sales, sales support, customer workshops and presentations, trade fairs
  • Very good understanding of functional and technological changes in S/4HANA, the S/4HANA strategy, and related cloud platforms (including the SAP Integrated Toolchain)
  • Very good understanding of migration and transformation approaches (system conversion, new implementation, selective data migration)
  • Solid understanding of the latest SAP technologies (SAP Business AI, SAP BTP, SAP Joule, BDC, Clean Core concepts)
  • Deep industry expertise, preferably in automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, public sector, healthcare, or defense
  • Customer-oriented and confident presence, comfortable at top management level
  • Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within Germany
