Description

Ashby is a fast-growing talent acquisition software company with notable customers like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. We are looking for an ambitious full-stack engineer who is laser-focused on solving customer problems and making the right long-term investments. As a Product Engineer, you will take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end, wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design. You will research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and implement solutions. Our engineering culture emphasizes minimal process, natural collaboration, and investing in tools and abstractions that give us leverage. We offer a remote-friendly environment with less than 2 hours of meetings per week and a focus on high-quality, fast delivery.

Requirements

  • Not afraid to tackle any part of the technology stack
  • Experience with projects with high product and technical ambiguity
  • Ability to strike the right balance between speed and quality
  • Ambitious and always looking to improve skills
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator
  • Seeks to create leverage in work
