Store Manager

LAP (Life Among People) is a fast-growing specialty coffee startup operating stores in six German cities, and this role runs one of its Frankfurt locations. The store manager owns day-to-day success of the store: leading and developing the barista team, planning shifts, upholding service and operating standards, and stepping behind the counter during rushes. The job is metrics-driven, covering daily KPI and inventory reporting, commissary supply transfers, waste reduction through par-level management, and strict health, safety and quality standards. It also has an outward-facing side, working with the brand and marketing teams and building relationships with neighbourhood businesses and residents to grow a loyal local customer base.
