Store Manager (Hamburg)
Description
LAP (Life Among People) is a specialty coffee startup on a mission to make high-quality coffee more affordable, digital, and convenient. We operate stores in six German cities and are expanding rapidly. As a Store Manager in Hamburg, you will work directly with our Leadership Team and be instrumental to the success of our brand in the city. You will own the day-to-day operations of one store, lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales and profitability. This role offers immense ownership, impact, and visibility within an ambitious startup environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail F&B
- Strong track record in team scaling, inventory, and supply chain management
- Entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills under pressure
- Proven ability to spot growth opportunities, test ideas, and execute within tight budgets
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel occasionally for new opportunities
