Description

Moonfare is a fast-scaling fintech that provides access to top-tier private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments through a digital platform. We are seeking a highly driven Investor Relations Manager to join our coverage team in Munich, working directly with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices. In this role, you will build and manage client relationships, provide insights and guidance on private markets, and support fundraising initiatives. You will also contribute to revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the investor experience. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
  • Full written and spoken professional working proficiency in German and English
  • Understanding of private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction principles
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
  • Proficient in portfolio planning and cash flow management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
