The team supports customers with all questions and issues before, during, and after their trip via email or phone, always striving to find satisfactory and quick solutions. This role is for a working student who prioritizes customer service and wants to contribute to the long-term success of the hotel comparison team at C24 Hotelservice GmbH.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
- At least 16 hours per week availability, preferably during off-peak hours (evenings), weekends, or holidays
- First experience in customer service
- Professional and friendly demeanor in phone contact, as well as confident use of PC and common programs
- Negotiation-safe German skills in spoken and written form
- High service orientation and teamwork skills
