Description

Join the dynamic online travel business and build products with Generative AI and modern technologies to lead travel into the AI era. In this role, you will learn directly from experienced leaders, work closely with the IT Director and other decision-makers, and contribute strategically and technically to future-proof the product. Engage in diverse projects around AI-supported IT infrastructures and applications in the travel sector while building a valuable network within the CHECK24 Group. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career as a (Junior) Software Developer in the Travel CTO Taskforce at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal Explorer GmbH.

Requirements

  • Excellent degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
  • Good knowledge in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Golang, Java, PHP, C#, etc.) and Linux/DevOps
  • Experience with AI tools like Cursor and familiarity with concepts like LLM, RAG, or MCP
  • High willingness to learn and motivation to constantly learn and use new technologies and programming languages
  • Quality awareness, hands-on mentality, enjoyment of development, teamwork, high performance, and very good communication skills
  • Negotiation-level German and good English skills in written and spoken form
