This role focuses on handling customer complaints and issues related to hotel bookings via phone and email, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and service-oriented solutions. The position is based in Münster, Germany, and involves working in shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone and written customer contact, ideally in complaint or claims management
  • Completed commercial or tourism training is desirable
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations
  • Strong service orientation and ability to professionally communicate complex situations
  • Team player with enthusiasm for achieving common goals and contributing own ideas
  • Negotiation-level German and proficient English skills in word and writing
  • Confident handling of standard PC and internet applications
