The role is for a (Junior) Digital Product Manager to help build their newest TaxTech product, 'CHECK24 Steuer', aiming to revolutionize tax filing. The position is based in Dortmund and offers the chance to experience the dynamics of digital product development with agile processes and short decision-making paths.

Requirements

  • Very good degree in a technical, natural science, or business-related field (e.g., business informatics, industrial engineering, or mathematics)
  • Analytical, structured, and independent working style to continuously improve the product based on data and facts
  • Good eye for detail, enjoyment of design, and high quality awareness
  • High affinity for innovative technologies, especially artificial intelligence, and interest in topics such as prompt engineering, feature design, and working with modern AI tools (e.g., Figma or Cursor)
  • Good communication skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical issues
  • Negotiation-level German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level)
