Description

Ashby is expanding the Professional Services team inside its Customer Success organisation and is hiring a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for EMEA. In this remote role you own the end-to-end implementation of Ashby's recruiting platform for new customers in the Strategic, predominantly Enterprise, segment. You develop and execute implementation plans, keep several complex onboarding projects on track concurrently, and act as the customer's proactive guide through change management so they reach value quickly. You advise customers on best practices for configuring the product, feed thematic customer insights back into internal processes, and partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing and executing several complex implementation and onboarding projects concurrently in a high-growth B2B SaaS organisation
Ability to define the work, align stakeholders, communicate the project plan and deliver against agreed expectations
Strong understanding of complex, configurable B2B SaaS products with multi-step workflows and integrations
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote-first setting
Willingness to travel less than 10 percent for strategic customer engagements
Experience navigating change management processes and helping customers adopt new systems
Ability to advise customers on best practices to ensure optimal value from the software
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations
Clear communication skills and a data-driven approach to measuring success
