Enterprise Account Executive - DACH

Ashby is building the next generation of enterprise software, starting with products that help talent leaders, recruiters, and managers unlock hiring excellence. The company has raised a Series D in 2025, is growing ARR over 100% year-over-year, and serves over 4,000 customers including OpenAI, Ramp, Deliveroo, Notion, and Reddit. This role focuses on winning new enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees) in the DACH region, managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won. The ideal candidate is a hunter who can self-source over 50% of their pipeline and is fluent in both English and German. The role requires travel of at least 25% for customer engagements and events.
