Description

Ashby is hiring the first EMEA Manager of Dedicated Implementations to lead a team of Implementation Specialists serving Strategic and High Touch customers. This role is part of the Professional Services team within Customer Success, focusing on delivering high-quality onboarding experiences and ensuring customers achieve time-to-value quickly. The manager will oversee implementation delivery, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and drive continuous improvement in processes. The ideal candidate has extensive implementation and project management experience, team leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset. This is a remote-first role based in the European Union with travel up to 10% for strategic engagements.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects
Ability to keep the team on track to ensure milestones are met
Work effectively in a remote-first setting, with ability to travel <10% as needed
Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
Adept at understanding customer needs and tailoring implementations
Strong customer relationship building and communication skills
Bias for action, translating ambiguity into clear paths
Understanding of the EMEA market to define and evolve implementation delivery
Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
Solid understanding of a complex product and its technical intricacies
Critical thinking and solutions orientation
Effective cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
