Description

Flink is a leading quick-commerce provider in Europe since 2021, delivering groceries via app in minutes. As Assistant Warehouse Manager / Shift Manager in Braunschweig, you support daily hub operations, coordinate order processing, manage inventory and quality controls, and assist in training new staff. You work closely with the Hub Manager as their right hand and deputy, ensuring smooth shift operations and process improvements. The role combines hands-on operational work with organizational support.
