Flink is a leading European quick-commerce provider since 2021, delivering groceries in minutes via app. This role supports the smooth daily operations of a hub, including order processing, inventory control, and quality checks. The assistant coordinates shift tasks with the hub manager and helps train new employees. The position involves both operational and organizational duties, acting as the right hand to the hub manager.
