Game Economy Designer

Kolibri Games is a mobile games developer based in Berlin, known for defining the idle genre and entertaining hundreds of millions of players worldwide. We are looking for a Game Economy Designer to join the Idle Bank Tycoon team and help take the game to its next milestones. In this role, you will shape the game's economy, build models for new features, design challenges and promotions based on player behavior, and ensure a healthy balance across inflation, progression, and in-game systems. You will thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment, using player data and community insights to identify future features and deepen understanding of player motivations. Based in our Berlin office, you will collaborate daily with a passionate and skilled team dedicated to pushing the quality bar for idle games.
