Description

enmacc is Europe's largest over-the-counter trading platform for energy and environmental commodities, headquartered in Munich. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and empower an engineering team, acting as the interface between business, strategy, product, and engineering. You will ensure successful delivery, maintain technical excellence, and foster a collaborative team culture. This role involves mentoring team members, overseeing projects, and managing stakeholder relations. You will also contribute to improving processes and ensuring high-quality engineering outputs.

Requirements

  • University studies in Computer Science or similar experience as an IT specialist
  • Several years of experience in software engineering combined with proven leadership responsibility (e.g., as Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Team Lead)
  • Experience with the following technologies: Angular, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a result-oriented way
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
