Description

Talon.One is seeking a QA Engineer to champion quality throughout the development process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategies, ensure robust test coverage, and improve test automation. The role involves becoming an expert in the product area your team owns, mentoring junior QA engineers, and implementing end-to-end tests using Cypress. You will work in a dynamic R&D department in Berlin, with a focus on continuous delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English, and precisely describe complex interactions
  • Ability to architect a strong Test Strategy
  • Strong track record in advocating for quality at all levels of development process
  • 3-6+ years of experience delivering quality web applications with test automation, including REST APIs/GraphQL
