Description

Superchat is a platform that helps over 10,000 companies worldwide communicate with their customers through unified inbox and AI agents. Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Berlin and has a team of about 100 employees. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling support tickets and live chat inquiries, and ensuring a strong customer experience. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to bring valuable feedback from customer interactions back into the company. The role involves both operational customer contact (about 80%) and process optimization (about 20%), with a focus on improving support processes and developing an AI-powered support bot.
