Description

Capmo is the digital partner on construction sites, with over 12k projects delivered faster and more successfully using our platform. We enable architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors to collaborate efficiently and run lean, optimized projects. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead and contribute to major initiatives that expand or refine our product, working autonomously in a highly collaborative team environment. You will lift the technical excellence bar with each contribution and help your teammates grow. You will collaborate with other experienced Senior Engineers, sharing knowledge and tackling current challenges.

Requirements

  • Proficient with React, Node, TypeScript, AWS, Postgres
  • 8+ years of relevant, on-the-job software engineering experience
  • Proficiency with software development patterns and practices, designing reliable, scalable, and secure solutions
  • Strong team player with end-to-end ownership of results
  • Ability to mentor and coach others on technical or soft skills
