As a legal trainee, you will support the corporate legal department in areas such as corporate law, capital markets law, and M&A transactions. You will quickly be integrated into daily legal and project work, taking on independent projects and communicating with specialist departments. The role offers the opportunity to work on exciting capital markets law advisory for a listed SE.

Requirements

  • You want to complete your elective period as part of your legal traineeship
  • First state examination in law with at least a satisfactory result
  • Studies in at least one of the mentioned legal areas
  • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
