Description

Zalando's ZEOS Logistics department is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the design of customer-facing digital experiences for their B2B logistics services. The role involves defining the customer experience vision, conducting research, and driving strategic projects to empower fashion and lifestyle brands across Europe. The designer will mentor fellow designers, set design standards, and contribute to the broader design community. Requirements

  • Significant product design experience leading strategic, cross-product initiatives
  • Proven track record designing and delivering robust, scalable B2B experiences across products
  • Ability to create clarity amid uncertainty and guide collaborators through complex challenges
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights
  • Mastery of end-to-end iterative design process including research, design thinking, user stories, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
  • Proficiency with current industry design and collaboration tools including Figma
  • Experience overseeing quality at scale across multiple workstreams
  • Generative approach to problem-solving through iteration
  • Empathy and methodologies to understand customers and colleagues
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills for executive audiences
