Description
CHECK24 is Germany's largest comparison portal and has been the market leader in consumer loan comparison for over 10 years. We are looking for a Sales Professional (m/f/d) for Loans to join our successful sales team. You will advise customers by phone on suitable consumer loans, accompany them from the initial inquiry to a successful conclusion, and use your sales talent to generate successful deals from qualified customer inquiries. We offer pre-qualified customer inquiries instead of cold calling, attractive earning opportunities, and a performance-oriented environment with real career prospects. No prior experience selling financial products is required, as we provide a 14-day sales bootcamp and structured onboarding.
Requirements
- Ideally a commercial education, e.g., as a bank clerk, insurance and financial investment clerk, or dialog marketing clerk
- Proven sales success, ideally in a consulting-intensive environment
- Strong closing skills and enjoyment in convincing customers
- Ambitious, success-driven, and eager to grow in a professional sales environment
- Comfortable in a performance-oriented environment and enjoys competing with top performers
- Strong argumentation, negotiation skills, and a good sense of customer needs
- Confident communication on the phone, able to build trust and inspire customers
