Graduate Logistics Manager - Pforzheim

As a future leader, you will be prepared for your new role as a manager through our 11-week internal onboarding program. After this comprehensive training, you will take on leadership responsibility for your own team and ensure that our customers receive their goods on time and in good quality. In this position, you will be an important part of our global company and work hand in hand with your local employees. You will also work across locations on topics such as workplace safety, process optimization, sustainability, and technological advancement. You will work in shifts (early, late, or night) and prioritize safety standards at your site. As a shift leader, you will conduct team meetings, provide feedback to employees and stakeholders, and use data analysis to influence productivity and quality. You will collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and contribute to best-in-class solutions.
