Description
lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that enables anyone to be an investor by providing simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. As part of the dwpbank group, they operate as an independent fintech, empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products. The Founder's Associate will work closely with the Founder and CEO and leadership team to drive strategic priorities and operational execution, taking ownership of high-impact, cross-functional projects across the business. This role is ideal for someone excited by the mission of enabling anyone to invest in capital markets, offering the opportunity to work with experienced experts while taking on meaningful ownership in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a similar area.
- Entrepreneurial problem solver with analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in an early-stage startup, fintech, consulting, tech company, or similar.
- Experience from the world of brokerage, trading, or custody, or deeply excited to get into the engine room details of the mission.
- Ability to cope well with frequent change and ambiguity, think logically, break down complex problems, and prioritize between multiple tasks.
- Team player who naturally shares knowledge and works collaboratively.
- Strong ownership and follow-up skills, never letting anything fall through the cracks.
- Willingness to take ownership, identify problems, take initiative, and challenge the status quo.
