lemon.markets is a Berlin-based Brokerage-as-a-Service platform offering digital access to capital markets through a single API, operating as an independent fintech under the dwpbank group. As a Founder's Associate Intern, you will support the leadership team on diverse projects spanning strategy, operations, business development, and go-to-market. You will research market trends, analyse competitors in the European brokerage landscape, and help build scalable processes as the company grows. The internship suits an entrepreneurial, analytical self-starter; fluent or native German is mandatory, alongside strong English.

Requirements

  • Background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial and analytical problem-solver with structured, critical thinking and a high degree of ownership
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of what working in an early-stage startup involves
  • Fluent or native German
  • Strong written and verbal English
