Description

Talon.One is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our development team in Berlin. You will work in a small cross-functional team to build and ship frontend features for our loyalty platform, covering points tracking, redemption, collection, and loyalty tiers for large-scale enterprise clients. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate product ideas into buildable frontend solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to frontend best practices. The role requires strong experience with modern web technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular, and a passion for typed JavaScript. Requirements

  • Founded experience with modern web technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular)
  • Understanding REST APIs, and a passion for typed Javascript code (e.g. Typescript, Flow)
  • Interest in rich and friendly User Experience and Interfaces
  • Proactive attitude in improving the product, the team, its processes and our code base
  • A full-stack attitude. Everybody has their strengths, but no piece of the project stands alone
  • A team-first attitude; As a group we strive to leave egos at home
  • Big-picture thinking: You collaborate with non-developers to clarify requirements and help plan projects, with an eye on the overall impact to the business & product
