Description

As a working student in the Digital Product Management Operations team for the hotel division, you will support product managers in daily operations to improve functionality, automation rates, and customer experience in post-booking issues. You will take responsibility for smaller projects and special tasks, actively contribute to developing new features, and create ideas and concepts for the internal back-office system. This role offers a challenging environment with attractive compensation and the opportunity to work in an agile team at the Münster location.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Psychology
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with high quality awareness
  • Structured and independent working style with quick comprehension of complex contexts
  • Hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Strong communication skills in German
