Description

Hornetsecurity is seeking an AI Automation Architect to join their Security Lab team in Hannover, Germany. This role focuses on automating the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) through AI orchestration across all interfaces. The architect will work at the intersection of technology, business departments, and organizational transformation, directly impacting how AI is used in practice across the company. The position involves analyzing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing AI-based workflow solutions, and supporting teams in AI transformation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI tools, Python scripting, and a strong understanding of data protection and AI governance.

Requirements

Experience in analyzing and automating software development processes
Hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, enterprise tools, and scripting
Good knowledge of Python or a comparable scripting language
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement programs
Strong communication and consulting skills
A pragmatic, solution-oriented, and business-oriented way of working
Awareness of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
