Requirements

- Expert in A/B testing frameworks, user behavior analytics, experiment design, and managing complex attribution or scoring systems.
- Dual understanding of funnel performance, mapping upper-funnel engagement metrics to lower-funnel transactional performance.
- Hands-on experience applying advanced causal inference methodologies (e.g., Propensity Score Matching, Difference-in-Differences, Synthetic Controls) when randomized controlled trials are unfeasible.
- Proven leadership capability to excel in highly ambiguous environments, shift organizational models, and lead through influence to align senior executives.
- Master storyteller with data, confident in communicating complex technical frameworks into simple, actionable strategic recommendations.
- Experience working with modern data visualization and analytics tools to scale data-driven accountability.
