Description
enmacc is Europe's largest over-the-counter trading platform for energy and environmental commodities, digitizing energy markets with speed, transparency, and liquidity. As a Digital Growth Marketer, you will drive community-led growth, master Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AEO), manage paid growth channels, and lead AI strategy and literacy. You will work with content and product teams to build authority, optimize the website for AI crawlers, and refine LinkedIn campaigns for niche markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer passionate about sustainable energy and technology.
Requirements
- Domain experience in a growth marketing role, ideally from an agency, B2C, entertainment, gaming, or journalistic professional environment.
- ABM Campaign Specialist: Experience running targeting high-value lists.
- Performance Marketing: Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, specifically for niche commodities like GoOs, EUAs, and EFPs.
- Technical SEO & CRO: Ability to manage the website, landing pages, and 'Book Demo' forms to improve conversion rates and organic search ranking.
- Experience in scheduling and posting native content on LinkedIn and how to build engagement and followers.
- Hands-on understanding of modern search principles, including technical SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and the emerging field of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Experience with community-led growth and a passion for engaging with niche professional audiences online.
- Agility: Ability to support and collaborate with other marketing team members in disciplines not listed specifically here.
