Description

SumUp is recruiting self-employed field sales representatives in Germany to help small businesses adopt smarter payment and POS solutions while building a recurring income. The role is entirely field-based and relies on in-person contact: visiting local businesses such as cafes, salons, retailers, and restaurants, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable solutions. No prior payment-industry background is required; strong candidates have experience in direct customer contact, build trust quickly, solve problems, and are ambitious. Compensation is commission-only, with 50% commission at closing, 20% recurring commission per customer for up to two years, and additional commissions on hardware sales. Representatives independently manage their own sales territory and pipeline.
