Description

Superchat is a Berlin-based startup rebuilding how businesses communicate with customers through messaging and AI. Founded in 2020, the company serves over 10,000 businesses worldwide, including major brands like Allianz and Danone, and processes millions of messages daily. As a Revenue Operations Engineer, you will join the internal product team focused on the GTM functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance), building AI, automation, and data foundations to make these teams faster and more scalable. You will own end-to-end delivery of internal tools, integrations, and AI-powered workflows, from problem framing to launch and measurable business impact. The role is based in Berlin with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration, though some remote flexibility is offered.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, SalesOps, Business Systems, or comparable B2B SaaS role
  • Proven experience building production systems
  • Experience integrating LLMs into real workflows or tools through APIs
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, data models, and data movement between systems
  • Ability to take projects from discovery and architecture through building, testing, rollout, documentation, monitoring, and improvement
  • Pragmatic production engineering with attention to testing, error handling, security, observability, and documentation
  • Business-impact oriented, connecting technical work to measurable outcomes
  • Clear cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Curious and self-directed, actively experimenting with new technologies
