Description
Superchat is a Berlin-based platform that helps over 10,000 companies worldwide communicate with their customers through AI-powered agents and a unified inbox. Founded in 2020, the company has grown profitably to a team of about 100 employees. In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle in the DACH market, handling warm inbound requests and proactively acquiring new leads. You will conduct product demos, guide prospects through the sales process, and support technical implementation to ensure successful onboarding. The position is based in Berlin and emphasizes in-office collaboration.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in business administration, communication, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Interest in B2B sales
- Native-level German and very good English skills
- Self-confident in leading and closing conversations
- Self-starter who builds their own pipeline and prospects actively
- Open to direct feedback and able to apply it
- Resilient and able to recover quickly from setbacks
- Fast learner who can quickly understand and explain a technical product
- Structured with clean pipeline and CRM notes
