Description

Moonfare is a fintech company that provides access to private market investments, including private equity and venture capital, through a digital platform. The Investor Relations Manager will build and manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices, providing insights and guidance on private market investments. The role involves supporting fundraising initiatives, managing investor portfolios, and contributing to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate has a finance background, strong communication skills, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
  • Full written and spoken professional working proficiency in German and English
  • Understanding of private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction principles
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
  • Proficient in portfolio planning and cash flow management
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
