Description

Flink is a leading quick-commerce provider in Europe, delivering groceries to customers' doors within minutes. As a Warehouse Management Assistant / Shift Lead in Lübeck, you will support the smooth daily operations of our hub, actively process orders, and ensure time windows are met. You will check and book incoming goods, conduct inventory and freshness checks, and implement quality and food hygiene standards (HACCP). You will coordinate tasks within your shift in consultation with the Hub Manager, assist in onboarding new team members, and contribute to improving operational processes. This role combines hands-on operational work with organizational support, acting as the right hand and deputy to the Hub Manager.
