
Senior Sales Operations Manager
Description
Talon.One is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead the optimization of sales operations, drive revenue growth, and refine sales processes. This role focuses on key areas such as sales forecasting, commission strategy, CPQ administration, and deal desk management, while partnering with teams across sales, finance, and legal to ensure strategic decision-making across high-performing teams. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this is a business critical role that influences the success of Talon.One’s sales strategy and execution. This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
- 6+ years of sales operations experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tech stack tools (Sales Engagement, CPQ, Forecasting, etc.)
- Expertise in designing and administering sales commission plans, with knowledge of tools like Xactly, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or similar
- Extensive experience in deal desk management, including pricing approvals, deal structuring, and contract oversight
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
- Prior experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
