Description

T-Systems is hiring a Lead Consultant SAP HCM to lead the digitization and optimization of HR processes for public administration and private sector customers. Using in-depth expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, the consultant provides strategic advice, conducts process consulting, and translates complex business requirements into sustainable solutions, while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to presales and offer processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering, or comparable experience
  • Many years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors projects
  • Profound knowledge of the SAP HCM module landscape, in particular PA, OM, PT and PY
  • Very good understanding of HR processes, organizational structures and system landscapes
  • Excellent consulting, moderation and communication skills at professional and management level
  • Analytical thinking and structured working methods
  • Experience with project management standards and agile methods
  • Very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2)
