Marketing Designer for CRM

Design role in SumUp's Embedded Marketing team in Berlin (onsite), owning the end-to-end design process for CRM communications across email, in-app messages, inbox, promotional banners and campaign landing pages. You build and maintain CRM templates and a shared visual asset library in Figma, translate brand guidelines into every CRM channel, and act as the quality gate before assets go live on high-visibility campaigns. You collaborate with CRM Content Managers and Strategists on a consistent weekly delivery cycle across multiple concurrent requests. The role requires a strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma.
