Investor Relations Associate (DACH)
Description
Moonfare is a fast-scaling fintech that provides access to top-tier private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments through a digital platform. We are seeking a highly driven Investor Relations Associate to join our DACH coverage team, working directly with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals to deliver actionable insights and tailored guidance. In this role, you will take ownership of meaningful client relationships, driving engagement and contributing directly to revenue generation and business growth. This is a highly visible, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by ownership, pace, and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
- Full written and spoken professional working proficiency in German and English
- Understanding of private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction principles
- Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
