Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a comparable field
- At least eight years of experience in SAP implementation projects
- At least five years of experience in technical SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience leading technical workstreams in multiple end-to-end SuccessFactors projects
- Experience in consulting firms or system integration organizations
- Proven solution architecture expertise for complex enterprise systems
- In-depth knowledge of and practical experience with SAP HCM modules
- Strong integration architecture skills, particularly with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Expertise in defining and executing data migration strategies
- SuccessFactors module knowledge: Employee Central including Time Management, Recruiting (Eightfold), Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development
- Integration technologies: SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, OData APIs, REST APIs, SOAP web services and SuccessFactors Integration Center
- Security and identity management: role-based permissions (RBP), SAP IAS, SAP IPS and single sign-on
- Data migration skills: data mapping and transformation, import/export frameworks, validation and reconciliation, migration tools and automation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams
- Strong project and risk management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with consulting experience
- Ability to work successfully under tight project deadlines
- Very good German (C2) and English (C1)
