Account Executive

lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that provides simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. As part of the dwpbank group, we enable anyone to be an investor by making investing more accessible. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Business Development team and own the sales process end-to-end for key prospects, from prospecting to closing strategic partnerships with FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers. This is a hands-on role requiring cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Growth teams. The ideal candidate is ambitious, strategic, humble, and a team player.
Requirements
- B2B sales experience within the German and broader European market
- Led full-cycle sales motions from prospecting through commercial negotiations to closing
- Experience selling into complex and regulated environments
- Proactive builder of pipeline
- Fluent in German and English
- Comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and translating technical complexity into value
- Adaptable approach and strong bias for action
