Requirements
- Solid full-stack or backend engineering experience, having built integrations, APIs or automation pipelines in production
- Ability to create custom nodes and extend existing integrations, working confidently with APIs, authentication patterns, data models and event-driven systems
- Product-minded technical judgement to tell a one-off workaround from a reusable improvement or a product feature
- Confidence working directly in customer environments with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Solution design skills to turn a messy operational problem into a clean, practical technical design
- Willingness to travel roughly 50-60% of the time for on-site engagements, primarily across Europe
- Ability to get productive quickly in new industries, tech stacks and customer environments
