Team Lead Account Management
Description
As Team Lead Account Management, you will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team and manage the FINN Club area end-to-end as a central growth driver. You will scale the B2B2C business through the strategic expansion of partner organizations, optimize partner performance, and drive profitability sustainably. Through close collaboration with product and marketing teams, you will ensure a first-class, seamless user experience for members of closed user groups. You will lead a team of account managers, understand and manage relevant KPIs, utilize customer feedback, improve processes and the FINN Club product, and work closely with product and marketing to optimize activation measures.
Requirements
- Proven track record in account management, partnerships, or B2B2C sales in a dynamic e-commerce or tech environment
- Initial leadership experience and a solid understanding of the interface with marketing and activation measures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to confidently manage complex stakeholder structures
- Negotiation-level German (C1/C2) and fluent English in written and spoken form
