Since 2016, we have been developing digital solutions in Augsburg to help customers quickly find the right rental car and be digitally supported at every booking stage. As a (Junior) Product Manager for AI & Automation, you will shape the next generation of our digital customer and service processes, aiming to solve customer requests as simply, quickly, and automatically as possible. You will challenge existing customer journeys, develop intelligent self-service solutions, and use AI and AI agents to simplify or fully automate complex processes, working end-to-end with IT and service teams.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background, ideally with a focus on business, technology, or interdisciplinary studies (e.g., business administration, business informatics, computer science, data science, media/communication, engineering).
  • Passion for AI, including generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents, with hands-on experience trying new tools and approaches.
  • Strong sense for UX/UI and ability to structure user flows logically and develop intuitive features.
  • Excellent analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and ability to think in KPIs and processes.
  • Drive and communication skills to present ideas clearly, work interdisciplinary, and find quick, viable solutions in dynamic situations.
  • Very good German language skills in written and spoken form.
