Senior AFC Operations Specialist

lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform that enables anyone to be an investor by providing simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. As part of the dwpbank Group, we combine dwpbank's stability with our technology-first mindset to build a modern securities services ecosystem. In this role, you will own day-to-day AFC operations, investigate suspicious activity, design and improve controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and scalable anti-financial-crime processes. You will also maintain audit-ready documentation and drive process optimization projects. This role is central to managing risk while enabling sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment.
