Description

IT technicians in Amazon's operations teams work on the various IT systems that form the heart of our logistics sites. As an IT technician, you will work at one of our logistics sites alongside colleagues, remote support teams, and the company to perform essential IT support functions. In this role, you will use the latest technology in an environment that fosters mentoring and career development opportunities. Learning resources are available to help you advance your career and technical skills and gain industry-recognized qualifications. This position is a fixed-term contract for 12 months as a parental leave replacement.

Requirements

Experience using hardware and software, including Microsoft Office or Windows, in an IT role
Experience working in IT support or IT asset management and purchasing
Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and managers
Good written and verbal skills in German and English
Valid driver's license
