Description

T-Systems is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex SAP HCM transformation projects for its customers, from initial concept through to go-live. The role covers project management using traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies including SAP Activate, strategic HR process consulting, budget and risk management, and stakeholder management up to C-level. The manager will also lead interdisciplinary, multinational project teams and oversee HR data migration and system integration between SAP HCM on-premise and SAP SuccessFactors. The position can be based across several German cities and requires 25-50% travel.

Requirements

  • University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Public Administration, or comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, both on-premise and SuccessFactors
  • Hands-on experience with the SAP Activate methodology (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run)
  • Several years of demonstrable experience managing SAP HR projects using hybrid or agile methodologies
  • Experience in global rollout projects, particularly HR/SuccessFactors
  • Experience in change management within an HR context across different countries
  • Strong intercultural skills and ability to lead distributed, multinational project teams
  • A project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  • Very good German and English language skills at C1 level
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities (25-50%)
