Description

Moonfare is a private markets investment platform that provides access to institutional-quality funds and exclusive opportunities. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Head of DACH to drive growth among high-net-worth individuals and family offices. In this role, you will shape the DACH strategy, build and lead a high-performing Investor Relations team, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand Moonfare's presence in the region. The ideal candidate has a strong network, proven commercial success, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of Investor Relations experience, including experience within the DACH market
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices
  • A proven track record of converting leads, closing relationships, and driving commercial results
  • Full professional working proficiency (C1/C2) in German and English, including the ability to lead complex business discussions, negotiate commercial terms, and write polished professional correspondence in both languages
  • Strong relationship-building skills and outstanding stakeholder management capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding, motivating, and developing teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
